Ways to improve your emotional intelligence
People with high levels of emotional intelligence are able to recognize their emotions, understand what causes them and how they affect others, and regulate these feelings.

A few examples of mood boards include: a collection of clothes, food items, and house decorations that personify what they think about themselves, their loved ones, and/or what they desire in life.
Mood boards help us identify our emotions and motivate us to do things by giving us inspiration and cues for how to feel. They also help us determine if these feelings are positive or negative so that we can work on them!
It may be difficult to ask people whether or not they love you because it requires them to put yourself first. By using a picture proof of that love as a cue, you can more easily tell.
Your loved one should use the same-size paper as the wall where the picture will go and draw a circle around each other with an “I love you” written inside. This creates a frame for the picture and helps emphasize the depth of the relationship.
Some tips:- Make sure your loved one’s face is clearly seen within the frame.- Use neutral colors for the background to create a calm vibe.
