It also requires knowing when to try new strategies and behaviors, and how to manage yourself and others around you.
In this article, I will talk about some ways you can use personal motivation to help you succeed in AMO. These tips will apply whether you're trying to climb the ladder within your own organization, or looking to move onto bigger jobs outside of AMoUnity.
Make a list of your skills
As mentioned before, being able to describe yourself is one of the most important things for AMWAY business success. What people look at when they want to trust you is whether or not you can describe yourself with integrity.
So, what are your skills? Are you good at talking about yourself? Can you talk about how well you do your job? If so, then start making a list of those things and see if there’s anything related to AMWAY business that you could probably use them as a skill set.
It’s also worth noting that although this article will tell you to develop your social skills, staying focused is an underrated social skill.
Narrow down your business plan
Now that you have determined what type of business model is best for you, you will need to determine if this new business idea is achievable. You can’t start selling unless you have the supplies to back up your products and services, so make sure you have enough money saved up to purchase all of the needed materials!

Know your market
As mentioned before, being aware of your target audience is one of the most important things you can do as an entrepreneur. If you’re not sure who your ideal customer is, then it will be hard for you to create products or services that appeal to them.
Your potential customers may already exist with another company that does what you want to offer. By offering similar products or services, they might find your product or service helpful and thus buy it.
Alternatively, there could be people out there who are hungry for your product or service. They may need your help buying it, so you should know how to reach out to this demographic.

That consistency could mean attending events regularly, posting comments on the AMObbition Facebook page and sharing AMOs with other members. It could mean putting in time at work and/or home to promote AMO products.
It’s also about staying focused during meeting calls and online training sessions, and remembering what you were taught last week. If you stumble across something new you learned yesterday, review it today!
And finally, consistency implies sticking around AMO for some time. The longer you are involved, the more opportunities you will get to make money.
