It's very motivating for those around them because they see someone who is willing to speak about how they felt today or how much they were struggling.
This kind of person has mastered the art of putting others first by acknowledging their hardships and offering help when needed.
Focus on your emotions
Another important aspect of emotional intelligence is recognizing your own feelings and how they influence you.
This includes being able to identify your emotions, what causes them, and how to manage them.
It also means being aware of the emotions of others and whether their emotions are in line with the norms of society.
For example, if someone else feels very happy, it may make you feel unhappy because you want that feeling for yourself.
You might think something has happened or done by you that caused their happiness, but maybe they just lucked out.
